Designed by world renowned course architect, Kyle Phillips, this modern day links set amongst the sand dunes offers a welcome challenge for players of all ability. Host of the 2017 Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open.
This excellent par 72 will host the 2016 R&A Junior Open Championship and has a well-deserved reputation for some of the best maintained greens in Scotland. It offers everything golfers would expect from a links course, with the added bonus of a superb 9 hole course if you feel up to a 27 hole challenge.
When it comes to playing golf in Scotland, one thing you are guaranteed to find is variety and at the Irvine Golf Club it comes in abundance. The course owes much of its character to the legendary course designer, James Braid. It is highly regarded by the R&A being used as a final qualifying course for the Open Championship
All 3 rounds of golf must be played over a minimum of 2 or maximum of 4 consecutive days. Availability is as follows: Dundonald Links – 7 days subject to availability; Barassie Links – 7 days subject to availability; Irvine Golf Club – 7 days subject to availability. Full pre-payment is required at least one month prior to the date of play, or at the time of booking if within one month of the date of play, after which time green fees are non-refundable. Ayrshire Links Experience reserves the right to cancel any Tour Operator or Hotel Bookings if the above payment criteria is not met. Golfers are required to adhere to the individual terms, conditions and rules of each Club. A copy of these can found on the individual golf clubs website.
